Manathakkali vathal Tamarind Mustard Methi Sesame oil Groundnut Garlic Curry leaves Coriander powder Cumin powder Red chilly powder Pepper powder Sambar powder Hing Small onion Dried red chilly Urud dal Salt & water

Directions

  • Step 1

    Peel Onion, Garlic. Clean Groundnuts and Curry Leaves
  • Step 2

    Fry the onion, garlic, curry leaves to golden color
  • Step 3

    Add salt, cooking powders and add tamarind water and boil for 15 mins
  • Step 4

    Keep on boil the mix till its comes to the thick gel state and switch off the stove Cool the Gravy and Serve
  • Step 5

    Add the gravy to the rice and have nice food
