Step 1
Peel Onion, Garlic. Clean Groundnuts and Curry Leaves -

Fry the onion, garlic, curry leaves to golden color -
Step 3
Add salt, cooking powders and add tamarind water and boil for 15 mins -
Step 4
Keep on boil the mix till its comes to the thick gel state and switch off the stove Cool the Gravy and Serve -

Add the gravy to the rice and have nice food
